Kate Noske

Program Director & Peer Support Specialist

I help shape and hold WellMama’s programs so support feels relational, accessible, and deeply human through the seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I believe healing and wellness happen in connection, and that parents deserve spaces where they can show up fully as themselves without pressure to have it all figured out.

How I Support
· Designing and developing peer support groups, programs, and community offerings
· Holding space for postpartum emotional wellness, matrescence, and identity shifts in parenthood
· Supporting families in building connection, resources, and sustainable support systems
· Mentoring peer supporters and helping shape trauma-informed, relationship-centered care
· Bringing lived experience, creativity, and community collaboration into program development and design

What I Bring Into This Space
I bring my lived experience as a mother of three, including navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, and the ongoing unraveling and rebuilding of identity that can happen in motherhood. My background as a postpartum doula, early childhood educator, and peer support leader shapes the way I approach this work with gentleness, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s experience.

I’m passionate about creating spaces where parents feel seen as whole humans, not just caregivers, and where support can feel both grounding and empowering. My approach is rooted in connection, emotional wellness, community care, and honoring that there is no one “right” way to move through parenthood.

Working Together Might Feel Like
A soft place to land in the middle of a season that can feel tender, overwhelming, and transformative all at once. A space where you don’t have to carry everything alone, where your experiences are met with compassion rather than judgment, and where healing, support, and connection can begin to feel a little more possible.

Working together may also look like building bridges between families, professionals, and community supports. Collaborating with providers, peer supporters, doulas, and community organizations to help create more connected and compassionate care for perinatal parents. Whether supporting a parent directly or helping strengthen the professionals who walk alongside them, my hope is to foster spaces rooted in relationship, belonging, and sustainable support.
