WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL! | WellMama is partnering with Family CST Clinic to offer 45-minute Craniosacral Therapy (CST) sessions for parents and babies on a donation-based model. These gentle sessions offer an opportunity for you and/or your baby to receive individualized CST in a calm, supportive environment. Trained CST therapists will work with you and your baby based on your individual needs and comfort. We encourage the whole family to come to receive support.
No one will be turned away due to inability to donate. Give what feels accessible to your family, if you’re able.
Babies are welcome to feed, fuss, cuddle, move, or take a break throughout the session. This is a relaxed space where you can simply arrive as you are.
