In honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, WellMama invites you to the Wave of Light, a worldwide infant loss memorial ceremony to honor the short lives of babies who left this world too soon. The Wave of Light is an opportunity for parents to come together and honor and remember their babies together at our support center in Eugene to remember the little ones who are no longer with us, surrounded by family, friends, and supporters.
Our peer support circle meets once a week to offer the opportunity to share, process, and bond as a group with others who have gone through similar experiences. This weekly circle is gently guided by facilitators who share the lived experience of loss. Participants are encouraged to set the intention of attending each week in the series, understanding that things may come up and that that too is okay.
We offer one-time or ongoing one-on-one peer support meetings for those seeking connection, understanding, and a safe space to talk with a trained peer support specialist. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or something more consistent, we’re here to meet you where you are.

We understand the deep sense of solitude that remembrance days can bring. During these tender moments, we would be honored to send you a personal letter on your baby’s remembrance day—a small gesture of care to gently remind you that your baby is remembered and that you are not alone.
Your donation to WellMama helps us expand our support services for grieving parents, including support groups, text support, andremembrance cards.
