The postpartum season can be tender, transformative, overwhelming, beautiful — and deeply deserving of support.

Join us for a nurturing and practical planning circle designed to help expecting parents thoughtfully prepare for life after birth. Using the WellMama Postpartum Planning Workbook, we’ll explore emotional wellness, sleep and rest, nourishment, recovery, boundaries, visitors, support systems, and realistic ways to care for yourself during the fourth trimester.

This is not about creating a “perfect” postpartum plan.
It’s about building a softer landing place.

Together We’ll Explore

  • Mental & emotional wellbeing
  • Sleep, rest, and realistic recovery
  • Household support and practical preparation
  • Visitors and postpartum boundaries
  • Nourishment and postpartum care
  • Physical healing and recovery needs
  • Building your village of support
  • Identifying signs you may need additional support

Included

  • Guided workbook activities
  • Group discussion and reflection
  • Postpartum planning workbook
  • Community resources
  • Tea and light snacks

Who Is This For?
Pregnant parents, partners, support people, and growing families at any stage of pregnancy.

Facilitated by: Kate (Postpartum Navigator) & Rosemary (Birth & Postpartum Doula)
