Current Support Groups
WellMama groups are led by Oregon Health Authority certified Peer Support Specialists and trained volunteer facilitators, with lived experience, and are designed to help and support all birthing people and support partners. We offer support on a number of topics and opportunities to learn to handle stress related to becoming parents. We focus on depression, anxiety, birth trauma and more. Non-birthing, partners and caregivers are always welcome!
