3rd Thursday of each month | An open, inclusive peer support group for parents and caregivers grieving pregnancy or infant loss at any stage of their journey. No registration required, and participants are welcome whenever they feel ready.
*Registration required | Suggested age: 18 months to 2.5 years. This 6-8 week peer support group offers a space to explore ways to engage your toddler while nurturing your own well-being. Registration is required.
*Registration is required | A gentle yoga practice for participants during pregnancy, focused on breath, movement, relaxation, and community connection.
